Hello! We are Michael-John and Liz from Nantwich and we are climbing Kilimanjaro as part of the #ClimbKili2017 team, leaving on 23 September for the 9 day trip.

Liz is 40 in July so she decided to set herself a big challenge, and drag me along for the ride/walk and moral support!

There are four organisations who will each have a 25% share of the amount raised and they are all local to us:

The Wingate Centre, a charity in MJ's home village of Wrenbury that provides a fully equipped gym and holiday retreat for disabled children and young adults.

CRY for Matthew , a branch of the Cardiac Risk in the Young charity that saves young lives by testing for undetected heart defects.

Mid Cheshire Hospital's Charity.  Raising money for Leighton Hospital

RedShift is a not-for-profit organisation that Liz runs with 65 volunteers. The money raised will pay for the Youth Activities and projects that RedShift organises.

All the money raised on this page will go to the organisations listed.

Please make a donation via this page or join us at one of our fundraising events...

Thank you to those who have supported our events!

  • Quiz night - £300 raised
  • Wine Tasting - £580 raised
  • 18 Mile Pub Crawl - 5th August
  • #ClimbKili2017 Walkers SendOff - Dinner-dance at Residence on Friday 15 September

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!

PS Who wants to look after Jasper?!!
